How it Works
First, you will have to create an account on their website: Humanatic.com. On the homepage, you will see a video that explains the company’s goal and mission, and why they decided to outsource the job. Once you have registered, you will have to wait for a manual confirmation of your account. As for me, I waited for a couple of days before getting an email telling me that I am accepted on the program.
I still don’t get why they have to manually approve each user. Probably because they want to make sure there are enough jobs out there before hiring too many users.
After the Approval

As a new call reviewer, you will have two categories available to review - the Live conversation - outbound (which costs 0.7 cents per accurate tagging) and Live conversation - inbound (1.2 cents per accurate tagging).
When you maintain a high accuracy in these categories, you will be eligible to review calls that pay more. Other member report higher bonuses - up to $30. Recently, Humanatic has designed a different system in giving out bonuses to active members. This new system lets everyone who are helping out in the community - by tagging calls on categories that have loads of un-tagged calls - earn bonuses.
When you reach $10, you will be able to withdraw your money to PayPal.
