I Hate Paid-to-Click Websites - Lessons and Regrets

Many people out there who want their affiliate links to get clicked claim that making money from paid-to-click websites is one of the best ways to make money online. But is it?

I once fell for PTC sites. I worked with ProBux and Fusebux before, two of the PTC sites that are “legitimate” as people describe them. I especially focused on Fusebux because the system is somewhat simpler. Yes, I earned from Fusebux. However, I did not redeem my money, because I believed it would be wise to keep investing what I got.

I bought referrals. If you have been working with PTC sites before, you would understand the importance of buying referrals. I had a total of 60 referrals then. Earnings were quicker and I was confident I could be successful with PTC.

I then noticed a decline in my earnings. I realized that the more referrals I buy, the more I lose money. Fusebux promised that if there are inactive referrals, they would automatically change them for free, but that never happened. The number of inactive referrals I had grew everyday.

This time, I felt that Fusebux will not work for me. As well as the other PTC sites.

The number one reason why I completely avoided PTC sites after my experience with Fusebux is this: You have to spend your precious time viewing ads for a few cents.

Be wiser. IS that how much your time is worth?

I just realized that there are many opportunities out there that deserve my time and attention. Just because viewing ads is a no-brainer doesn't mean it’s worth it. If you do PTC, you are generous enough working for those websites, but being contented with what little things they are giving back is not helping yourself grow.

Think about the things you love to do. You have a talent, right?

If you love writing, you can invest on a blog, or become a freelance writer.
Or maybe you love taking photos? Go out there and continue your passion, then let the world see your work.
Love making crafts? Make video tutorials, share your skills and earn at the same time.

Think outside the box, and surely, you will find success.
